Parnt purpose statement was pinned, but then removed. However the pinned purpose statement does not go away. Refreshed screen. No change. Even if over time this goes away, there should not be a delay in removing from purpose maps of children

Disabled caching of these as it didn't really impede performance anymore with other changes we've recently made.
